Special Olympics Surfing | Jacksonville Documentary Photographer

This summer I connected with a couple of surf instructors I met at Jax Beach and was invited to come photograph their Special Olympics Surfing Practice and Competition.  The joy of the surfers was contagious and a it was a precious thing to watch and observe their interactions with the instructors.  Here are a few of my favorite photographs from these events.
